On a trip to Texas, a friend and I found an incredible bag of caramel popcorn that we devoured deliriously. When we came home, as much as we tried, we couldn’t find anything that compared to our delicious Texan treat! We found a recipe from the old days and after tweaking it a bit, found the result to be an exquisitely tasty treat!
Made on Vancouver Island, BC in small batches using air poppers and fresh ingredients like Island Farms butter, it’s the perfect blend of lightly coated buttery caramel on fluffy popcorn…. premium nuts… with a drizzle of smooth dark chocolate on top that creates a gourmet treat to fall in love with!
